Return & Cancellation Policy

At Haluro de Clara, every piece, product, and experience is created and curated with care. Still, we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. Please read our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

Physical products

• We only accept returns or exchanges in cases of shipping errors, factory defects, or incomplete items.

• We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping, although each case will be reviewed individually to find the best possible solution.

• Photographic chemicals are non-returnable under any circumstances.

• This policy applies to all physical products available in the store.

• We offer worldwide shipping.

Workshops and classes

• Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before the start date of the workshop, with a partial refund of the deposit.

• After that period, the deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, which will be evaluated individually.

• Whenever possible, we will offer a spot in another workshop of similar characteristics, date, or schedule before proceeding with a definitive cancellation.

Each case will be handled with care and understanding.
